Aarti's grandmother has been telling her the story of Maa Chinnamasta, who saved the universe, since her childhood. Aarti's father is a bad man, and he wants to transfer the property and village land in Aarti's grandmother's name to his name so that he can bargain with industrialists for the holy shrine of Maa Chinnamasta located in Kolanchal. But her mother does not want this to happen to her ancestors' land and mother's temple. Aarti, who lost her mother in childhood, grew up suffering the mistreatment of her father and stepmother, but her grandmother's shadow also goes away when Aarti's lover does not come with the wedding procession on the day of the wedding. Aarti's grandmother cannot tolerate the insults of her father and villagers. Aarti also cannot bear the death of her grandmother, betrayal by her lover and the accusation of having an immoral relationship with a boy before marriage. She also wants to end her life by jumping into the confluence of Damodar Bhairavi, but as always, her friend (Maa Chinnamasta) stops her. And takes her to the corpse of her lover Ranveer. Ranveer comes back to life due to Aarti's wailing in front of Maa Chinnamasta. But the doctors declare him a living corpse. Aarti accepts Ranveer as her husband at Maa's feet and goes with Ranveer to his house, but Ranveer's family does not allow Aarti to come home, blaming Aarti for their son's condition. Aarti requests them to let her stay in the house only to serve Ranveer. Because Aarti's father had caused Ranveer's condition. On one hand, Alakhdev's atrocities on the villagers start increasing, on the other hand, Ranveer starts recovering due to Aarti's service and Maa's glory. Then finally, with Ranveer's help and Maa Chinnamasta's power, Aarti ends her sinful father's atrocities. Because who would touch even a hair of the one who is being protected by the beheaded Maa herself. Alakhdev turns into ashes just by seeing Maa's supernatural form.
