Womb and her partner, Sausage, are struggling to decide whether to have a baby. During an intimate moment, Womb has a breakdown triggered by her period starting and flees to the bathroom. There, she encounters the Period Poo Genie, a magical entity who offers her one wish. She wishes for Sausage to make up his mind about having a child. The wish is granted, and Sausage enthusiastically decides they should try for a baby. But Womb quickly realizes the issue isn't him-it's her own uncertainty. She returns to the Genie and asks to undo the wish. During a second encounter, the Genie offers perspective: that a fulfilling life doesn't have to include children. Womb accepts her indecision and shares her true feelings with Sausage. Instead of forcing a resolution, they reconnect over their shared love and willingness to face the uncertainty together. In the final scene, Sausage has his own encounter with the Genie, suggesting the cycle of doubt and decision-making continues.
