Beware the Candy Maker is a dark fantasy horror short about Edmund, a rigid HOA president, who visits a neighbor's house to issue violations. What begins as a mundane task spirals into a nightmare when the eccentric homeowner, Remy Sanford - a sinister, witch-like candy maker - offers Edmund a piece of "old-world" hard candy. Drugged and dragged into the basement, Edmund awakens alongside three captive women. They reveal the Candy Maker's gruesome ritual: victims are cooked down into candy. Armed only with a flashlight, Edmund must lead a desperate escape as the line between sweetness and savagery collapses, culminating in a violent struggle for survival.
