About this movie

End of Days (2025) - Synopsis Docu Drama for TV END OF DAYS: MARK OF THE BEAST SYNOPSIS In a not-so-distant future, society is on the brink of total collapse. Climate disasters ravage the Earth. Cities burn under crimson skies. Nations fall to ruin, not by war-but by a quiet submission to fear, surveillance, and control. As governments dissolve and food and medicine become scarce, a global technological order rises, offering salvation through obedience. This new system demands only one thing in return: compliance via a 666 code-a mark embedded in the skin, granting access to the most basic human needs. The mark becomes law. Without it, citizens cannot buy food, access hospitals, travel, or work. Branded as outcasts, the "Unmarked" are hunted down and imprisoned in militarized encampments. Fearful of resistance, the regime deploys surveillance drones and neighborhood informants. The cities become prisons; the prisons become mass graves. Narrated by a lone survivor-an older woman whose voice guides us through the fading remnants of civilization-the film unfolds in chapters, each one depicting a different facet of humanity's downfall: A young couple flees with forged IDs, attempting to reach an ungoverned zone rumored to be free of tracking systems. A former tech executive grapples with his guilt, knowing he helped develop the very software now controlling humanity. A nurse, hiding in an abandoned hospital, secretly treats those without the mark-until the scanners find her. An underground rebel group broadcasts messages of resistance, but internal betrayal leads to a brutal raid. A man in a grocery line, starving, pleads for food-but without the mark, he's arrested on the spot as drones hover overhead. Each story ends in heartbreak, sacrifice, or vanishing hope. And through it all, the narrator questions: How did it come to this? Was this truly prophesied? Or did mankind choose its fate-trading freedom for safety, truth for convenience, and soul for survival? As the film reaches its final act, we return to the narrator. Once a teacher, a mother, and a believer in humanity-she now walks the empty streets of a burned-out city. Her voice, calm yet shattered, echoes one final question: "Will anyone survive? And if they do... would they even want to?"
