After receiving a mysterious VHS tape warning of an infected alien catfish, a filmmaker joins a group of friends on a trip to South Carolina's Edisto River, where a string of unexplained disappearances may be linked to the creature. But when one of them bites off more than they can chew-literally-and has their dick bitten off by the monstrous catfish, they must now search the waters to retrieve it before it's lost forever.
