Stas is thirty. He's used to solving all his problems with his fists - in life and in underground fights, where he's always risked not only his reputation but his life as well. After a brutal fight that nearly cost him his health, Stas makes a decision: to leave this world behind once and for all and "go into hiding." The only place where he can do this is his hometown - a provincial city he fled many years ago. Stas returns home and confronts his mother - Victoria. A woman of Soviet upbringing: strict, reserved, and lonely. Their relationship has long been strained: she regards her son with distrust, convinced he's only returned for her apartment. She rejects his help, avoids talking about her health, and refuses to go to the hospital for examinations. But living under the same roof forces them to seek compromise - and try to understand each other. Being back home awakens childhood memories in Stas. He visits the House of Culture where his mother sometimes sings, wanders through the courtyards where his childhood unfolded, finds old toys, photographs, and the boxing bag his father once hung up. Here, among the panel buildings, garage cooperatives, and familiar streets, he begins to change. A turning point comes after a strange incident. Trying to help his mother socialize, Stas introduces her to chat roulette - an online platform where users connect randomly. They encounter a foreigner who reads tarot cards and makes an absurd prediction. At first, they take it as a joke. But the very next day, Stas and his mother discover a place that perfectly matches the description from the reading. They decide to perform the symbolic ritual described. At that moment, something happens between them that is greater than reconciliation. Mother and son speak to each other directly and openly for the first time. This becomes their first real meeting - two people who have lived in parallel worlds for many years. This film is about the power of forgiveness and the importance of taking the first steps toward each other - about how even the most difficult family conflicts can be overcome. And it's in these moments that the universe begins to play along - through coincidences and small miracles that we often dismiss as mere chance.
