The story Drishti Ek Soch depicts the narrow mindset of a farmer in our society where he considers his profession of agriculture to be inferior. Influenced by society and circumstances, he lives in the belief that his profession can never bring him respect. On the other hand, his younger daughter, who is studying in school, is stressed upon by a teacher on the importance of agriculture and the extraordinary contribution of farmers. Inspired by the teacher's words, the girl resolves to change her father's thinking. She makes her father realize that farmers are not only the backbone of our society, but they also play a vital role in the functioning of the universe. Amidst struggle and introspection, the story shows how the girl proudly accepts her father's profession. The film highlights the deep-rooted mindsets of society that underestimate farmers and agriculture, and gives the message that true respect lies in recognizing one's work and contribution.
