The Klingon Bird of Prey Qab'elth is busy with Romulan incursions in the disputed territory of the Klingon-Romulan Treaty Zone. The Romulans have taken to bombing Klingon planets as well as attacking Tiburon freighters. Meanwhile, plans within plans are taking place aboard the Qab'elth as Kodai has manipulated the replacement of Mor'ah at the Engine station, and Kona, her replacement, has some plans of her own.
