On a stormy night in the Welsh countryside, John Turner is thrust into a nightmare when two intruders break into his home. They're not after money but an old box left behind by John's grandfather containing a cryptic map and ancient Welsh inscriptions. What begins as a violent home invasion quickly spirals into a chase across rugged landscapes toward the ruins of Criccieth Castle. As John pursues the men through rain and shadow, he discovers they're after more than treasure. They're chasing a legend. In the depths of the forest and the silence of an abandoned chapel, something ancient begins to stir.
