In 1996, the Grunge movement was coming to an end. Public controversy strikes the band Shindig, as their guitarist, Ben, is accused of sexual assault. The story shows the experience of the frontwoman, Ella, who is contractually forced to continue to play shows. Meanwhile, cult-like public support rallies behind Ben while he embarks on a self-righteous power trip.
