Olivia is a few weeks into camp at religious mental heath organization for young girls in a made up, middle of nowhere city called Acorn, Iowa. When Maria, Olivia's long term best friend and deranged business partner, unexpectedly shows up and causes chaos in the camp, Olivia is forced to either fall back into her old ways- assisting Maria in completing mischievous "favors" for the other campers to make some cash- or attempt to put a stop to their business and relationship all together, risking the consequences of standing up to Maria head on.
