In 1970s Detroit, Ben Ding, a Chinese truck driver hauling illicit gutter oil, makes a routine drop at his sister's dumpling shop. But when he discovers Teamsters President Jimmy Hoffa unconscious in the back of his truck, everything changes. Armed mobsters show up looking to finish the job, throwing Ben and his sister into a night of chaotic violence, bilingual banter, and improvised combat. As the dust settles and the police arrive, Hoffa vanishes once again, leaving Ben with blood on his hands and a choice he never thought he'd have to make.
