From Chiclayo, Peru, to the Holy See in the Vatican, this documentary reveals the personal and human traits of Pope Leo XIV through testimonies gathered in Chiclayo, Lambayeque, Pimentel, La Victoria, Chulucanas (Piura), Rome, and even the Vatican itself. The film features interviews with the Dean of Canon Law at the Pontifical University of Saint Thomas Aquinas "Angelicum", where the Holy Father earned his doctorate, as well as close acquaintances, local authorities, the mayor of Chiclayo, the rector and vice-rector of the National University Pedro Ruiz Gallo, along with children, bishops, priests, congress members, and the President of the Peruvian Congress. Letters and a large painted canvas, created by students of the Fe y Alegría school in Chiclayo, were delivered to the Pope by the documentary's director during the General Audience on June 4th, 2025, as part of the Jubilee Catechesis Cycle in St. Peter's Square. The documentary reflects how, for the people of Chiclayo, Pope Leo XIV has become a symbol of divine blessing, and how his presence represents the living embodiment of God on Earth - from the eyes of the most humble to the highest ecclesiastical and political spheres.
