For all the women in the arts (and those who love and support them, string cheese in hand), Queen of Menstruation is a five-minute comedic vignette about three female artists worried about making meaningful art while on a retreat. Their latest (genius?!) plan: put on one of those angry-woman-feels-guilty-about-masturbating plays, complete with pasta. Certainly the guys on the retreat will eat that s**t up, and then the women can finally make their point. Being a woman in the arts feels... im-pasta-ble; but we can't give up.
