Rock band American Grim has an extraterrestrial encounter and is taken to an area-51 type facility to be kept silent about what they saw. The group is framed for a hit and run case and offered a chance to exchange jail time for participation in a study. When it becomes clear they will not be allowed to leave the study, they fight for their lives. The group escapes with an extraterrestrial skull from the Roswell crash of 1947 and exposes the secret of extraterrestrial existence to the world.
