Isak is a thirteen year old boy with a lot of built up anger. He gets bullied and ends up in a fight with a boy in school. Their teacher intervenes and takes Isak under his wing. With the help from teacher Hannes, Isak finds the way to the magical world of dance - where neither words nor violence is needed.
