Tyler is a young queer man in a treatment facility getting help for his anorexia. When we meet him, he's almost ready to leave and step back into the real world. That is, until Patrick enters the facility and Tyler's old habits of needing approval come creeping back. Patrick makes Tyler work for the validation he so desperately wants as Tyler not only goes back to his old ways, but takes it many steps further in order to get the body he thinks will fix everything.
