Set in 2022, Edward Niven is living quietly in a remote town. Life is peaceful until Niven meets Sandy, a girl who has gotten caught up with the wrong crowd. Niven, still feeling guilty over his failure to save Emily, decides to help. The gangsters are outmatched until a couple of mysterious enemies of Niven show up to level the playing field. Now Niven must try to save Sandy, even if it costs him his own life.
